DESCRIPTION:The Lunada Bay Homeowners Association (LBHOA) Board of Directors is holding an open meeting in the Multipurpose Room at Lunada Bay Elementary School to provide an overview of recent activities organized by LBHOA and to solicit ideas and suggestions for new projects that might “maintain and improve the quality of life” in our unique community. \nA bit of background:  In the fall of 1999\, enthusiastic residents of the Lunada Bay community met and formed a committee to address their common goals. DESCRIPTION:  \n \nSchedule of Events: \nThe Harvest Festival event runs from 2:00pm-6:00pm with a trackless train\, face painting\, caricature artist\, numerous booths\, and live music throughout the event. \n\n\n\n\nTime\n\n\nEvent\n\n\n\n2:00pm – 3:00pm\nPumpkin Race check-in\n\n\n3:00pm\nPumpkin Races Start\n\n\n4:30pm – 6pm\nBig Heart Band Performs\n\n\n\nPumpkin Race duration depends on how many pumpkin entries we get\, but generally lasts an hour- hour and a half.\n  \n\nContestants provide their own pumpkin. Pumpkin wheel kits are available for purchase at Lunada Bay Hardware store for $40. They also offer installation service of the axles and wheels for $25\, as long as you bring your pumpkin and kit to them before closing (6pm) on Saturday 10/25. DESCRIPTION:Bring your blankets\, friends\, and community spirit and join us at Lunada Bay Park as we kick off our 2026 Summer Concert-in-the-Park series with “Saxon Weiss.” \nTwo years ago\, PV Magazine featured a PV Intermediate School sixth-grader\, Saxon Weiss\, whose musical journey is a captivating story that showcases his passion and talent for music.  His love for live performances is evident\, and he aspires to be recognized for his ability to play various styles of music rather than confining himself to a single genre. Currently proficient in classical\, jazz\, blues\, rock\, Hawaiian slack key\, bluegrass\, and country\, Saxon has not only mastered diverse genres but has also ventured into songwriting.  Saxon is set to release his highly anticipated album later this year. \nThree more concerts are planned for this season.
