Problem with City Roadway Project

On Tuesday, All American Asphalt placed slurry seal on several roadways in the Upper Lunada Bay area as part of the roadway rehabilitation program.  Unfortunately, the light afternoon rain created a problem with the drying and curing of the newly applied slurry seal.  All American Asphalt has been made aware of slurry splatter on vehicles and tracking of slurry onto driveways and into garages.  All American Asphalt is taking full responsibility for the situation and is cooperating with the City to address reported damage. For residents who have identified damage to vehicles or property, please call Cezar Parra, Project Foreman with All American Asphalt at (951) 757-8020.  All American Asphalt will be responding to calls over the weekend.

The City will require the contractor to repair the street and re-apply the slurry seal. Both All American Asphalt and the City apologize for any inconvenience and will assist residents to remedy any damage. For further information, please call City Hall at (310) 378-0383.
