Java Wave is a relaxed, new coffee spot in Palos Verdes, proudly serving Intelligentsia and other high-quality beans along with small plates and baked goods. Acquired by a local who had their first job at St. Honore when she was 16, Beth is excited to revive the corner hangout as Java Wave. After moving back to raise a family, everything aligned serendipitously to start this new chapter—huge thanks to Fred and Guity for building such a beloved neighborhood café over the years. We’re kicking things off with a limited menu while exploring gluten-free and vegan options from local vendors. We look forward to reconnecting with the community. There will be couches and guest wifi, along with great coffee! Come by, say hi, and enjoy a local spot!
