LBHOA Town Hall Meeting

The Lunada Bay Homeowners Association (LBHOA) Board of Directors is holding an open meeting in the Multipurpose Room at Lunada Bay Elementary School to provide an overview of recent activities organized by LBHOA and to solicit ideas and suggestions for new projects that might “maintain and improve the quality of life” in our unique community.

A bit of background:  In the fall of 1999, enthusiastic residents of the Lunada Bay community met and formed a committee to address their common goals. Noting that it takes a love of community, respect for our surroundings, and a willingness to work to improve the unique setting we live in, founders said the role of the LBHOA should be to:

• Maintain and improve the quality of life in Lunada Bay and foster projects to achieve that goal,
• Promote and encourage participation of residents in community activities and civic affairs,
• Bring to the attention of elected officials City matters that are important to our residents and offer suggested resolutions.

For over 20 years, LBHOA volunteers have developed and participated in community-led projects that support these original goals.
